Entries : Races will be open to keelboats, sportsboats and trailable yachts. Entries from other yachts may be accepted at the absolute discretion of the Race Committee. The acceptance of an entry from a yacht shall not create a precedent for the consideration of an entry by any other yacht.

Series Entry : Entries close before the first race of the Series

Helmsperson : Yachts must be steered at all times by a member of a Club affiliated with Yachting Tasmania or another MYA.

• I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of the ISAF and by all other rules that govern the event/s.
• I acknowledge that Rule 4 – Decision to Race, places the sole responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue racing on her alone.
• I certify that I have a copy of the Yachting Australia Racing Rules of Sailing 2009 - 2012.
• I am aware of the requirements and provisions of Section 1.3(c) of the Bellerive Yacht Club Fixtures Book (Alterations Affecting Performance) and consequences thereof.
• I certify that my yacht complies with the Safety Requirements of YA Safety Regulations, Part 1, Category 7.
• Before racing, I will ensue that I have public liability and third party insurance with respect of the yacht of not less than $10,000.000.
• I will ensure that the yacht’s crew are aware of the undertakings above.
