There are several classes of membership including Senior, Family, Associate and Junior. Other membership concessions are available to country residents, full-time students and older and long-standing members.
Senior Members are entitled to enter in Club Yachting events, stand for office, nominate new members and to use all Club yachting facilities, including the marina and slipping facilities.
Associate Members may only use the Club social facilities as described under 'Clubhouse and Dining Room'.
Senior Membership
- Senior - $300
- Those with 30 years service, or who are over 60 years of age with 10 years service - $170
- Country/Interstate/Overseas - $170
- Senior - Deferred - Away for full year, No voting rights - $40
Family Membership
- Senior Member plus one Associate, plus Junior Family Members - $350
- Those with 30 years service, or who are over 60 years of age with 10 years service - $230
- Family Life Member, plus one associate member plus junior family members - $60
- Family Membership interstate - $230
Associate Members
- Associate. - $120
- Crew - Associate members who sail regularly - $135
- Special Associate - $20
Junior/Student Membership
- Junior/Student - $60
Nomination Fee
Nomination for all grades Senior Membership catagories - $100
Yachting Australia/Yachting Tasmania Membership
A YA/YT Levy is incorporated into all categories of membership.
YA/YT benefits are outlined on the Yachting Australia website http://www.yachting.org.au/
Goods and Services Tax is applicable and is included as a component of each fee.
